Doreen Gaetano Aiardo is a full-time nationally-accredited music teacher having taught for more than thirty years since earning her B.S. degree in Music Education and Piano.  She has always been fascinated with the learning process and has observed, noted and tested methods to connect and engage students, encouraging and promoting their interests and skills.  Doreen is also a published author of music and music books and is a composer-arranger of both instructional and performance pieces.  She recently began her recording career as a pianist, performing original compositions.

Doreen’s recent book, The Seven Strategies – Teaching Heartfelt Connections and Life Lessons Through Music Education”, is an account of her journey and success as a music educator.  Many of students, have been accepted to music colleges, and have won state and regional playing awards and scholarships.  Some have gone on to be successful music teachers in their own right in private and in public education systems.

Her full house student recitals are uniquely fun, cafe-style celebrations as she and her students perform as a soloist and also in groups with multi-keyboards and orchestral instruments, highlighting her students many genres of musical and theatrical talents! A highlight!

Doreen accepts piano students of all ages, including adults.  Her intention is that music be a joyful and positive experience, to share and celebrate with family and friends and enjoy throughout their lives.  Contact her for more information about her comprehensive music education program.

I have developed a revolutionary system for teaching human heartfelt connections and life lessons through music education.

The system is organized into seven interconnected strategies that can be integrated with music lessons (and general learning) for all ages.

“The Seven Strategies” have proven to be uplifting student experiences that have exhilarated their learning while being fun and rewarding.

Students exposed to “The Seven Strategies” have joyfully applied their learning to life lessons guided by their heart.
